About me

Here is the story

My name is Allan Reis, I am 13 years UX Designer I started back when all journals and magazines in Brazil was running to put their news into the digital tables such as the iPads and the other Androids screens.

Growing up I moved to Ireland where I spent 3 years studying English and working for startups that was popping up in the country. I also did a master in Barcelona in which gave me a new perspective about my carrier as designers by introducing me to Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Agile.

Back in Brazil by the end of 2017 I joined MJV Consultancy, one of the pioneers in Design Thinking in the country. With my experience abroad I manage to help them to plan and execute the development of Bradesco new business portal by applying human centered design in all the design aspects of the portal.

By the end of 2018 I moved to another project inside of Bayer in which I could build and lead the Product Design team. As we were succeeding in 2021 I was converted as Bayer’s employee and we expand the Product Design team to support Latam projects.
